We have some exciting developments regarding pre season training 2020.
Pro Cricket Academies have agreed to run our pre season training on a Wednesday night 7:30 - 9pm. Pro Cricket Academies is owned by Brad Donelan and he will be the Head Coach overseeing the sessions. Brad is an:

* ECB Level 3 coach,
* Lancashire CCC scout
* Former professional cricketer for Sussex and Somerset CCC.
* Worked under Duncan Fletcher for Western Province Cricket Association in Cape Town
* Been a Cricket Development Officer in Zimbabwe.
* Cricket Professional in three independent schools (Uppingham, Birkenhead & Ley's School Cambridge)
* Two years Head Coach at Loughborough University coaching both men's and women's to to two Busa Championships

Pro Cricket Academies currently run three academies at the moment two in Chester one men's and one girls and women only. They also run another on the Wirral and have looked after Neston CC's pre season training for the last 6 years. They also run overseas tours and have a 7 day training camp in Bangalore during February half term.

Pre Season Training
Pre season training will involve nets, video analysis and a bowling machine, skill based training (Power hitting) and some strength and Conditioning. Please find below some videos of the skills and drills you will be doing.

We have a FREE taster session on the 18th December for you to sample the sessions prior to starting in January, There are 12 sessions planned starting in January, prices will be confirmed with each player after the free taster session
