Really happy with it, had a training with a few of the guys recently and straight away I noticed that it seems like everyone has a really clear understanding of their game and roles in the team. Seems like the kind of environment where everyone knows what they’re doing but at the same time enjoy each others company.

What was the reason you decided upon a move to Widnes?

I liked the way the guys had described where the team is at. Looking forward to being in a team that is on a progression upwards and challenging for some silverware. Seems like there are some promising seamers at the club and I’m keen to pass on as much as I can from my experience so far.

For some of our members who may not know who you are yet, can you please give them an insight as to exactly what you will bring to the club?

A lot of desire to compete. Win or loose I just love playing the game at pace and enjoying a beer in the clubrooms afterwards. A lot of enthusiasm on the field and a genuine desire to get to know everyone in the club, not just my own team.

What are you most looking forward to at Widnes?

The ground looks amazing. Getting to know everyone and just getting on the park and getting stuck into it.
